Apple Puree, Dates + Oat Puree (6mths) :Tutorial


Khayra sayang,
minggu ne khara mkn apple n kurma. ne 1st time khayra mkn apple n kurma.. so kna apply 4days rule la...
1 minggu ne khayra kna mkn apple n kurma sj.

parents out there,
these are the steps of preparing apple puree n dates + oat puree. versi ibu khayra hihihi


Main ingredients: apple, dates, oat (xda dalam gambar. ibu guna organic instant oat brand zoelife, patut guna organic rolled oat sbb lebih byk khasiat.. xpala tunggu abis dulu instant oat bru la beli rolled oat)


peeled, decored and diced the apple. (makesure bahagian tgh apple tu dibuang k)




Buang biji kurma n cuci kurma sampai bersih

masukkan kurma dalam bottom part pengukus.. isi air sikit

mangkuk yg berisi diced apple tadi smpan d atas upper part pengukus..
so 2 in 1 la.. bhgian bawah rebus kurma, bahagian atas kukus apple

blend apple sampai halus

Masukkan organic instant oat.. kacau rata sampai oat kembang.. then blend lagi sampai halus



Tuang apple n kurma + oat dalam ice cube case


Tutup case n ready to be frozen


masuk dalam freezer. bila sda beku ibu transfer the cubes ke dalam container ikut portion sekali makan


contohnya macam ne : 1 kiub apple + 1 kiub pumpkin + 1 kiub oat
khayra mkn sampai licin...
apa x licin satu badan ikut makan..

Sweet Potato Puree (6mths) : Tutorial

Khayra sayang,

Your first food mmgla milna rusk. but your proper first food ialah sweet potato.. Ibu bought 2 jenis sweet potato. satu kaler kuning satu kaler purple.. N ibu apply 4 days rule to test samada khayra ada allergy ka nda kalau mkn sweet potato. so maknanya dalam satu minggu tu khayra mkn sweet potato saja, 4 days ubi kuning, 4 days ubi purple.. As a first timer, Khayra mkn cuma sekali sehari.. ibu bagi satu kiub sweet potato + ebm.

Picca di bawah ne is how ibu prepare Khayra's 1st puree :-


Ibu cuci sweet potato tu with skin.. pastu ibu kupas kulit n wash it again



Pastu ibu diced the sweet potato so that x pyh mo steam lama2 utk kekalkan khasiatnya



Masukkan dalam pengukus kecil
(once again i made a mistake here, ibu x letak dlm mangkuk dlu so air dr steaming keledek ne boleh diguna.
x la jatuh p bawah n bercampur dengan air kukusan)
Bought at Pacific Ngiu Kee, Centrepoint RM39.90 - Grandma ckp ibu membazir.. hehehe.. but after that she said "u should take the bigger size baru untung.. xpala ok la juga, ini pengukus untuk khayra. jgn campur utk makanan kita."



Sweet potato yang suda siap di kukus



Blend ubi kuning sampai halus
Sib baik ibu ada beli handblender utk khayra.. masa tu khayra masi 3 bulan n one of ibu's fb friend ada jual barang dari uk.. so ibu bli la.. RM90 jak.. mana mo dpt handblender rm90 di kk ne..



Ubi purple pun blend halus jugak


pastu masukkan dalam ice cube case supaya senang kuarkan ikut portion..
Ice cube case ne ibu beli di Daiso RM5 satu.. yang sioknya ice cube case ne ada penutup..
so hygienic la klu masuk dlm freezer.. Kalau ikut giant pun ada jual ice cube case dgn penutup.. kaler cantik lagi, murah lagi.. tp merata ibu n ayah cari. Giant kolombong, putatan, central plaza suma xda..

Untuk permulaan khayra makan satu cube ubi + EBM. Ibu buat cair2 dulu x mo khayra tekejut..

* khayra suka mkn ubi kuning daripada ubi purple..

Homemade Solid Food For Khayra

Khayra sayang,

ne gambar brg2 utk prepare khayra punya solid food..
Ibu choose utk bagi khayra homemade sbb itu yang terbaik sepertimana ibu choose to breastfeed khayra biarpun org ckp breastfeed tu leceh..
bebau lembap la, susa mo pump la, nnt breast soggy la.. ibu don't mind sayang..
As long as itu yg terbaik utk khayra..
Terbaik utk khayra terbaik la utk ibu.. Breastfeeding can prevent breast cancer bha...


excitednya ibu masa ne...

Khayra mula makan masa umur khayra 5 bulan 14 hari.. U're so excited that time.. tp silapnya ibu, ibu introduced Khayra to Milna Rusk... menyesal ibu... i should give you puree instead of biscuits... huhuhu menyesal pun tiada guna suda..Ne la Milna Rusk, Khayra's first food..



Ibu bagi khayra pegang biskut sendiri.. Khayra cepat2 amik dr tgn ibu n suap p mulut khayra.. pandai khayra isap milna rusk tu masa tu.. then ibu takut khayra chock jadi ibu amik milna rusk tu n campur dgn ebm n brown rice powder utk khayra makan properly.


ibu suka picca ne.. ne reaction khayra bila ibu amik biskut dari tgn khayra.. muka x puas hati.. hehe


masuk dalam walker, pkaikan bib supaya baju x kotor (tp tetap kotor)
Khayra mkn sampai habis..
