Today i want to share tips that been shared to me.. Simple things to maintain our health..

These are Very Important Tips in maintaining our health..
Answer the phone by LEFT ear.
When you try to call through mobile phone, do not put your mobile closer to your ears until the recipient answers.The reason is directly after dialing, the mobile phone would use it's maximum signaling power, which is:2watts = 33dbi!!!! . So Please be careful.Please use LEFT EAR while using cell phone and save your brain,because if you use the RIGHT EAR it will affect brain directly.
Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
Drinking coffee once a day is enough in keeping the benefits of it. When it's taken twice the benefits turns upside. Chances of getting headache, higher cholesterol and disrupt in sleeping pattern might be occur.
Do not take pills with COLD water.
The basic principle of the stomach is to digestion is related to the hot temperature, if your body and stomach is having sufficient temperature not only you pills or medicines but your food is also benefited to you it digested very easily.
Do not have HUGE meal after 6pm.
If your trying to lose weight one of the first things you need to do is stop eating after 6:00 pm. Eating late at night does not give your body time to burn it off before you go to sleep. The majority of us will have a difficult time trying not to eat after 6:00 pm. More because were used to doing it. Completely out of habit though. A habit that is going to have to change!
Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
Because it will disturb your digestive system, since you don't workout in the night, and all you do is sleep. Whilst in day time, many of us are a bit more active than in night, at least most of us don't sleep in day time!
Best sleeping time is from 10p.m. at night to 6a.m. in the morning.
Normally body need 8 hours of good sleep. It’s crucial to have not only the right amount of sleep, but to also sleep at the right time. You can get a full 8 hours of sleep but if you went to bed at 2am and woke up at 10am, but you still will not be in tip top shape. Definitely not compared to if you slept at 10pm and woke up at 6am. Try to change your sleeping pattern. Sleep at 10pm and u'll be awake at 6am. Having a quality sleep time would wake you up on your own. You will not need an alarm clock anymore :) Waking up when you want to wake up and not because you have to is a great feeling! To do that, you need to sleep at the right time.
Do not lie down immediately after taking MEDICINE before sleeping.
You don't want your pills get stuck on your esophagus right?
Incident: One day a guy took some antibiotics and go straight to bed for a sleep. Suddenly he was awake n feel heartburn on the chest. Actually the pill was lodged on the food tract and caused an inflammation. For six days he could only take cold milk and water-soluble food and was hospitalized for five days. The Doctor warned that should it get any worse, an ulcer in the intestine may result. So please exercise caution. When taking medicine in pill or capsule form, drink plenty of water and wait for 30 minutes so that medicine can be flush straight down to the stomach. Or just avoid taking pills 30 minutes before going to bed.
Do not use hand phone when the battery is down to the LAST bar.
When hand phone's battery is on it's lowest or last bar, it produce 1000 times radiation. So stop talking while hearing any sounds from your hand phone that try to tell you that your battery is low.
